What are your shipping options?
The shipping carrier option is USPS. At checkout, you can choose between 3 delivery options.
What is your return policy?
Orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Email us at hello@brunswickjewelryco.com to let us know that you would like to return your items with your order number. Items labeled 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return. You can find out more here.
Does my charm bracelet/necklace come assembled?
You can choose to have the charms shipped unattached along with the bracelet and/or necklace to be assembled at home. Or you can choose to have it assembled by our team. There is an box on the charms product page that will allow you to let us know how you want the charms to arrive.
I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. We will ship out the missing item right away with shipping fees on us.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States of America with hopes to expand internationally soon.
What happens if my product arrives damaged ?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the the damage. We can replace the item with no additional cost to you.
